1.1. The Services are intended solely for users who are 18 years old or older and who satisfy the criteria described in these Terms of Use. You represent and warrant that you: (a) are of legal age to form a binding contract (at least 18 years old in many countries); (b) have not previously been suspended or removed from using our Services; (c) are not identified as a “Specially Designated National” by the Office of Foreign Assets Control; (d) are not placed on the UNSC Denied Persons List; and (e) have full power and authority to agree to these Terms.

1.2. You may not use the Services if you are located in, or a citizen or resident of any state, country, territory or other jurisdiction that is embargoed by the UNSC or where your use of the Services would be illegal or otherwise violate any applicable law. You represent and warrant that you are not a citizen or resident of any such jurisdiction and that you will not use any Services while located in any such jurisdiction. You also may not use the Services if you are located in, or a citizen or resident of, any other jurisdiction where BtcFury has determined, at its discretion, to prohibit use of the Services (USA etc.). BtcFury may implement controls to restrict access to the Services from any jurisdiction prohibited pursuant to this Section. You will comply with this Section, even if BtcFury methods to prevent use of the Services are not effective or can be bypassed.

1.3. We reserve the right to use “geo-blocking”, that is, we may block by IP-address the visitors that arrive from the US. Any resident or citizen of the United States of America is prohibited from using the website, making any operations at dashboard. We reserve the right to immediately close any of your accounts and liquidate any operation if it is determined that you have provided false information about your location or place of residence. We also reserve the right to block by IP address the visitors that arrive from countries included in the sanction lists.

1.4. If a User is suspected of using multiple accounts to obtain additional profit, that shall be reason by the Company to suspend all of implicated accounts from the Service.

1.5. You are not allowed to use more than one account per IP-address. You are not allowed to create multiple accounts. You are not allowed to login to more than one account on the same device. This includes family, friends and using your account on public devices. You may not permit any other User to use your Account. Unless we otherwise permit from time to time, you may not open more than one Account and we may, without notice, close any or all of the Accounts of a User who has, or whom we reasonably suspect has, unauthorised multiple Accounts.

1.6. We keep the right, and can easily determine who is causing us of such kind of problems, making the multiple registrations. We will check your IP-address, your PC’s ID and other identificators. And in case we will discover the User's multiple registrations, we shall block all accounts of such a User, and all funds kept at such accounts could be taken away irrevocably.   

1.7. BtcFury may, at any time and in its sole discretion, refuse any transfer request, in/out order or other transaction request submitted via the Services, impose limits on the amounts of transfers that can be completed on a daily or other periodic basis, or impose any other conditions or restrictions upon the use of the Services, without prior notice. For example, BtcFury may: (a) limit the number of open Orders that you can establish via the Services; (b) restrict transaction requests from certain locations; or (c) restrict withdrawals or refills if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, diminished capacity, inappropriate activity, or if BtcFury receives reasonable notice that your ownership of some or all of the funds in your BtcFury Account is in dispute.

1.8. If you have any problems for which you need help or technical support, you agree to communicate directly with company staff. Discussion of such issues publicly without prior coordination with us, will be considered as an activity that causes reputational damage to our company, which may adversely affect your account, up to its temporary or permanent disconnection from our Services.
